Terms and conditions.

We aim to always provide professional and high service to our customers. Below are the terms of purchase that we work according to and that comply with current legislation and our own guidelines.
Prices - All prices are as standard in SEK incl. 25% VAT. The price that applies is what is stated on the day the customer places his order. You can change the page so that the prices are shown excl. VAT.

Order - The minimum order value is SEK 100 excluding VAT. We reserve the right to log your IP number when ordering. We process personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation GDPR.

Minors - (under 18 years) may not make purchases without parental approval.

Confirmation - When we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail with information about your order as soon as possible. It is good if you save the order confirmation to have on hand in any contacts with us.

Payment - It is possible to pay via:

- Swish payment with direct delivery the same day if ordering is made before 14.00. Free payment. See your order confirmation sent to you by email on how to make your Swish payment.
- Invoice payment or payment from countries outside Sweden. NOTE! Advance payment. Delivery when we have received payment for the invoice. Fee f.n. SEK 63.20 excl. VAT.

Shipping fee - Shipping fee will be added from SEK 95 incl. VAT depending on how many games you order and delivery country.

Delivery time - Estimated delivery time is about 2-3 days. Feel free to email for more information about the delivery time. If an ordered item is back listed, we will notify you of the estimated delivery time to approve later delivery or cancel the order.

Delivery delays - can occur, for example, when a supplier is unable to fulfill its delivery obligations to us. If this occurs, we disclaim liability to the customer for the damage caused by the delay. We always notify the customer if the delivery time deviates significantly from the one we have stated.

Transport - We use Posten or DHL when we send goods. If the product is lost or you discover on receipt that the shipment is damaged in transport, you must immediately report this to Posten. If Norway Post does not assume liability for damages, please contact us.

Transport risk - Together with our shipping partner, we are responsible for the transport risk, ie the risk of the product being damaged or lost during transport from our warehouse to you. You and the transport company bear the risk of a possible return to us.

Complaints - If an item is faulty, defective or incorrectly shipped, please contact us via email "link customer service" for further detailed instructions in the event of a complaint.

Defective or damaged goods must be reported within 1 year. When returning an item, we are responsible for the shipping and any replacement delivery. The product must be returned well packaged and in original packaging with an attached description of the defect. If the product is damaged or lost when the customer (you) return it, the customer (you) is responsible for payment.

Right of withdrawal for private customers - Private customers have a full right of return within 14 days according to the e-commerce law. No shipping fee is charged to our private customers in case of right of withdrawal. In cases where the customer considers that delivery is delayed in such a way that he no longer wishes delivery of an order, it is the customer's responsibility that the order is canceled. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has received confirmation.

Right of withdrawal for corporate customers - For corporate customers, the rules in the Purchase Act apply. Upon agreed return, 20% of the order cost for handling and stock cost + return shipping will be charged. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has received confirmation.

Force Majeure - We are exempt from penalty for failure to fulfill certain obligation in this agreement if the failure is based on liberating circumstances as below and the circumstance impedes, prevents or delays the fulfillment. As a liberating circumstance shall be considered to be i.a. a government action or omission, new or changed legislation, conflict in the labor market, blockade, strike, fire or flood, sabotage or major accident. Force majeure also includes authorities' decisions that negatively affect the market and products, such as restrictions, warnings, sales bans, etc.

Disclaimer - We reserve the right to make typing errors and changes to technical data that are beyond our control. For technical reasons, it can be difficult to reproduce exact color shades on, among other things, textiles and surfaces.
